Achievement seems to be bugged as my guild killed Suen while Lu'lin was still at 34% and got it still, possible that it doesn't differentiate who dies first as long as the other is above 30%.

Defeat Lu'lin before Suen falls below 30% health, and then defeat Suen in Throne of Thunder on Normal or Heroic difficulty.

You can easily burn Lu'lin down before the Suen phase begins. That means there won't spawn any crystals, so Suen's buff will stack and stack, but it is still doable with 100 stacks or more. Furthermore, there is no tank debuff anymore, so it's just tank and spank.
