After you bring the item Jani gives you treasure chest (Jani's Stash).

Wish Granted!For those wondering why one would bother with this achievement, here's why:
Once you have completed this achievement then the pet vendor in Zandalari Happy Holaua will have the battle pet Child of Jani available for purchase for the low-low cost of 100 Polished Pet Charms.Fret not if you are Alliance! Holaua has no faction as of the making of this post and will sell to anyone, Alliance or Horde. While the trip up the road may be hazardous for ones health, the NPC's in and around Holaua's shop won't attack you.
