Then move south-east strait to the stairs

You won't see the quest Icon, just find the trash pile at (42.16/72.09) click on it and Jani will be there to give you the quest
When doing this quest if you are not close enough to Sezahjin and you use the summon swarm spell, you won't be able to click on the NPC to steal his hat. Also after I had obtained the hat I was hit by a scorpion but was ported back to Jani and was able to turn in the quest even though I technically failed it.

Da sands of Vol'dun be full of harsh creatures, but none so harsh as dey dat da Zandalari send. One of dese criminals be right here in da Scorched Sands. His name be Sezahjin, and he be da former chef ta da king. Did he tell ya dat he be famous for a dish called "Saurid Surprise?" Guess what da main ingredient be. He be fallin' far, but not far enough for Jani. It be time ta take his pride. Just be makin' sure dat da creatures of da sand not be seein' ya.
