While I haven't gone back to do these recently, the one Hardmode that sticks out in my mind that would be the most difficult would be Anub. With our inflated health pools the amount of health he would leech from the raid would be insane, and quite difficult to out damage considering our health pools quadrupled yet or damage doubled at best.
Those fights are fairly simple. The only difficult thing in those achievements would be teaching 10 people the fights if they haven't done them before. The heroic version of LK, Halion, and Anub'arak are very simple, especially when youre doing damage that a level 85 will put out.
