10 man heroic Lich King at lvl 85 is easier than regular 10 man at 80.
The biggest problem is healers running out of mana healing up infest because of the higher mana costs. Bring 3 healers. Or maybe even 4. The only new mechanic that can kill you are the void zones in phase 1. The rest can just be ignored.
Heroic Putricide, Blood Queen and Sindy are a joke at 85, and shouldn't give you any trouble if you've beaten the reg versions at 80.
I found that basically the only things to really worry about on this fight at Level 85 are Defile (which is still an instant raid wipe) and things that can knock you off the platform. This includes Shadow Traps in Phase 1, Val'kyr in Phase 2, and Icy Spheres during the transition phases (especially annoying when LK summons one right when everyone is running back in and you don't see it).
