Waterlogged Tome is under the Karazhan, there is a village nearby, in one of the destroyed buildings you can find a path under the ground, it's called The Master's Cellar, go there and find area with water, the tome will be in the corner. Path to Master's Cellar 47.7, 78.3 - Deadwind Pass, Tome location - 41.0, 76.6.

Cursed Tome is in Draenor's Shadowmoon Valley village Shaz'gul, inside the big hut. If you enter the village from the north entrance the first hut to the right is the one with the tome. 37.6, 59.3

Fel-Ravaged Tome quest for the Harbinger achievement is located in [zone=7787] dungeon. The tome is in the last part of the dungeon - Tomb of the Penitent (Vault of the Betrayer), 54.8, 35.7. There is a star shaped zone on the map, go in that direction and you'll see a quest mark. Quest turn in Dalaran 25.4, 54.2 to [npc=112441]

Waterlogged Tome is found in the Master's Cellar underneath Deadwind Pass.
Cursed Tome is found in Sha'zgul in Shadowmoon Valley (Draenor).
Fel-Ravaged Tome is found on the bottom floor of the Vault of the Wardens dungeon.
