Cursed Tome quest for the Harbinger achievement is in Draenor's Shadowmoon Valley village Shaz'gul, inside the big hut. If you enter the village from the north entrance the first hut to the right is the one with the tome. 37.6, 59.3

If you are one of the people who quested through Draenor as Alliance and then transferred to Horde you will just see the village on fire and be unable to get the book.

You can get around this by having someone share the quest with you. I took a friend with me to the village, had them share the quest, and was able to finally finish the achievement.

A book about Gul'dan's past, on the alternate universe homeworld of the orcs, 35 years into the past of the alternate timeline, is written in the language of a race that's never been there until WoD? How?

Description

Much of the elven writing in the tome has been singed by fel fire. The head of the curators in Dalaran is renowned for his restoration skills. Perhaps he can treat the tome to bring it back to legibility.
