TheWoWDBI've gotta say, I'm not one to sift through the lore but the cut scene when handing this in is pure awesome. I think they've done a great job with the lore so far in Legion.

Fel-Ravaged Tome quest for the Harbinger achievement is located in [zone=7787] dungeon. The tome is in the last part of the dungeon - Tomb of the Penitent (Vault of the Betrayer), 54.8, 35.7. There is a star shaped zone on the map, go in that direction and you'll see a quest mark. Quest turn in Dalaran 25.4, 54.2 to [npc=112441]

This is one of the three tomes required for the Harbinger achievement.
The fel-ravaged tome is located within the Vault of the Wardens dungeon, on the Vault of the Betrayer floor before the final boss, in an alcove off the side of the hallway after the final elevator but before the final boss.

Description
Much of the elven writing in the tome has been singed by fel fire. The head of the curators in Dalaran is renowned for his restoration skills. Perhaps he can treat the tome to bring it back to legibility.
