Kraken's Eye x5 - Buy from Auction House or prospect ore's from BFA expansion.
Expulsom x10 - Obtained from scrapping gear from BFA expansion in Boralus Harbor, an easy way is to scrap Tidespray gear crafted from tailoring.This achievement is retroactive so if you had the Jewelhammer's Focus since before you will get the achievement.

The fine azerite powder drops best from the mobs inside Tol Dagor, run it on normal and you will have all the azerite powder before the third boss =)
TL;DR, farm Fine Azerite Powder from here in Tiregarde Sound: /way 80.27, 47.13. Or run the Tol Dagor dungeon.
