Legendary Pet Battler

I beat the three first Pokemon generations as a child and collected every Pokemon available in each game. I don't remember the exact hours, but I do remember having somewhere in the area of 400 hours played in Pokemon Ruby (and I'm going to assume I had at least half of that in both Red and Gold). If the average pet battle takes 10 minutes and you win every single battle this will "only" take about 830 hours, aka roughly the same amount of time I spent on my gameboy as a child. I think this actually is the single greatest timesink achievement in the game now, beating both Battlemaster and The Insane by a fair bit.

Good thing pet battles are fun at least, 'cause this is going to take a while.

EDIT: Finished this a couple of days ago without grinding for it specifically (no squirrel farming). I have played a lot of pet battles though, leveling 3 alts to 90 in the process (from 60, 75 and 85) and getting around 170 pets to maximum level. Honestly, I stopped looking at the counter a long time before it happened. This achievement should only be done as a part of actually enjoying pet battles, otherwise you're going to hurt yourself. I feel like they should add a title reward or something, 5000 is a big number.

You'd think that this would come with some kind of reward like a pet or a title.
