Easy Solo Achievement in Battle for Azeroth Level 120 and beyond...
1) Mythic Difficulty.
2) DPS down the boss, I did to about 75%, and waited for the Illidan shadow round.
3) Protect Illidan with the Aegis, block as many shadow orbs as you can.
4) DPS down the boss, I did to about 25%, and waited for the Illidan shadow round.
5) Protect Illidan with the Aegis, block as many shadow orbs as you can.
6) You should have enough shadow orbs blocked now, nuke boss.
7) Profit. Achievement Completed.

Defeat Mephistroth within the Cathedral of Eternal Night after blocking 20 Shadow Blasts with the Aegis of Aggramar on Mythic difficulty.

I'd like to add that if you turn your back on him and let him attack you from behind you will drop the shield and the fight will end. I got pretty frustrated until I learned this, so make sure you are facing him the whole time, except when blocking for Illidan.
The reflections are counted internally, be sure to have the the achieve toggled on your UI to keep track, once it turns white, burn the boss.
