The new crafted blue PVP gear (Contender's armor of various types) are ilvl 450. They're also the only realistic way to push to 600 for the crafting professions, so there are likely to be a lot of them available, especially early in MoP. While that doesn't cover jewelry, weapons, and trinkets, it goes a long way towards picking this up quickly.

Made a quick list of where you should go for your epics. At first glance Golden Lotus (Faction) should be your priority faction to exalted - you get 4 epics from them, 1 being a quest reward. Also a priority is get into a Sha of Anger group for your Boots. 2nd is try to Craft your Chest/Gloves for VP savings.

Head: [faction=1270] Revered.
Necklace: Exalted with ([faction=1269]) you get (The Final Power) for an Epic necklace. If you want to spend VP instead [faction=1337] has one for you at Honored.
Shoulder: ([faction=1269] Revered.
Cloak: (Faction) [faction=1270] Honored
Chest: ([faction=1269]) Revered, or CRAFTED!
Wrist: [faction=1341] Honored
Gloves:[faction=1341] Revered, or CRAFTED!
Belt: [faction=1337] Revered
Legs: [faction=1337] ) Revered
Boots: Epic boots from [item=89317]. This drops from Sha of Anger (NPC) the first time you kill him- so make sure you get into a run and LOOT the body.
Rings: [faction=1269]Honored
Trinkets: [faction=1270] Revered. Also [event=374] (Dark Moon Faire trinkets!)

Weapons - Instances? crafted ? Raids?

Other than that, focus on Heroics for your 463 gear.

This list will also put you well on your way to Mystically Epic

This is a very achievement to cheese now that all rep requirements have been removed from the JP vendors. If you have more than 2500 JP, head to Townlong Steppes and find the vendor on the back of Niuzao Temple, buy each item, equip it and then return it to the vendor your JP back. Switch the trinket and ring so that the item equips in each slot before returning them.

Not that it really means anything, but hey, you get an achievement.
