Just ran this with my guild during Legion with mostly level 110 characters. It was fairly quick and we all earned the achievement for Mythic: Imperator's Fall Guild Run but we, for some reason, did not earn the guild achievement. This may have been caused by not enough people IN the run to count as a guild run.
For future reference for people reading this, a 'guild group' is 80% of the raid post-wrath. (Pre-wrath is a flat 10 people, regardless of raid size). So for most raids, this means normal / heroic is 8 guildies, mythic is 16.
