Once the boss is pulled 8 orbs will spawn in the air. Flying through them will collect them. You do not need to click them or interact with them in any way. They are all too high to be collected by anything other than the knockups the fight provides.
Three of the eight you need to collect are low enough to be collected using the Blowback death effect on the Volatile Infusers. These 3 are on the ground near the edges of the main platform where the side platforms are. We sent druids to these who collected the orbs and then used Wild Charge to get back. Any class that can return from the side platforms could get these. The rest are high enough that the only way to collect them is to use the very high knock up from running under boss during Cyclone. While it is technically possible to angle this properly to get sent right through them, we found it significantly easier to get Evokers and DHs knocked up and then glide through the orbs that were high.
Also of note is that each player can only collect 1 throughout the fight. This means that smaller groups will have to have more people actively collecting orbs which could complicate things, and you need as many as 5 Evoker/DH players if you're sending them up for the high orbs. If a player with the orb debuff dies they will still have the debuff so they don't need to be kept alive or battle rezzed if they die.
We also encountered what we believe is a bug. We had 7/8 orbs collected on one of our wipes and then two players got knocked through the last orb at the same time and both got the debuff within a second of one another. When this happened the achievement tracker went white very briefly, then went back red and we noticed 9 players had the debuff at once, so it seems you need to have exactly 8 people, not more.
Also keep in mind if you're doing this on Heroic difficulty (or Mythic for some insane reason) then the adds are needed to knock your group to the side platforms so you'll have to do these orbs in multiple phases rather than just moving them anywhere you want on Normal. For this reason I highly recommend doing this achievement on Normal.

This requires eight individual people.
For those struggling to aim to get the orbs, I introduce to you some of my favorite toys:
[item=182695]
[item=182694]
[item=182696]You can use these to help control the direction of the fall or just help prevent fall damage. It is particularly useful during cyclone if you use it before going up, and for the two add knockbacks to help get back on the platform. Since they are (currently) able to be used in raid instances, you can use these for other falling related achievements such as The Iron Price and Soft Hands.
Just remember not to use abilities after activating them, otherwise you will lose your parasol. You also keep momentum if you lose it midair, meaning you will fly off the edge if you lose it. No, I didn't experiment with that on Razageth, why do you ask?
