Rare to Well Done

Killing a specific rare multiple times a day COUNTS toward the achievement.

At 55.98 26.62 in Uldum, there's a Corrupted Putrefaction that respawns quite fast. It usually respawns every 2 to 3 minutes, but sometimes in under a minute. The monster is fairly weak and can be killed within seconds, unlike some of the rares in the zone that run around with >500k hp and therefore still take some time to kill, even in Shadowlands.

Personally I recommend killing rares all over the zone while you complete It's Not A Tumor! and Combating the Corruption. Then, once you've completed these two achievements, settle down at these coordinates for an easy rare creature kill every few minutes.

P.S. It's possible that the guaranteed respawn of the corrupted version is due to an evading Oozing Putrefaction mob close by. If so, then it's also possible that it's an anomaly that doesn't necessarily occur on every realm. Still, if it's a bug, it's persisted on my realm throughout multiple weekly resets, which suggests it isn't very anomalous.

P.P.S. Well, looks like I'm having some issues formatting links correctly.

Since the latest reset (9.0.2), my progress on this achievement has been reduced to 8/250 and killing any rares will no longer increase the counter. Waiting for a fix.

EDIT: Fixed. The achievement will once again track accordingly.
