Savior of Stoneplow

To do this achievement, you must quest through both Valley of the Four Winds and Krasarang Wilds. Once you've done both, you'll be sent to Stonepaw to help defend the town. You'll be joined various questgivers and NPCs from both zones. The questline eventually ends when you go into the Ik'thik Colossus' stomach, and use your martial art training kill it from the inside.

I looked everywhere for the breadcrumb for this. I found it with an NPC named Emmi. She is located at the Stormstout Brewery.

This will open up
The Mantidote
The Swarm Begins
It Does You No Good In The Keg (Alliance)
It Does You No Good In The Keg (Horde)

The Mantidote and It Does You No Good In The Keg both have In-the-field turn ins and no apparent follow ups.

Turning in The Swarm Begins will lead you too Students No More. If the students appear dead when you reach them, simply pull a mantid to them, and kill it over the bodies. They should pop up and start an escort style quest.

Completing Students No More will lead to Retreat!. When that is turned in Master Bruised Paw, whom is across the path from the last turn in, will offer The Savior of Stoneplow. "Talk" to the Mushan Beast, "Ms Fanny" and she will lead you to a hill and whomp you into the Colossus' jaws. Punch your way out of the Colossus and you will get your achievement.

Once you have turned in Savior of Stoneplow, you will be given The Gratitude of Stoneplow which awards rare quality iLvL 419 relevant to your class/spec.

This achievement isn't too hard after all. You just need to beat a 100 story tall monster to death with your bare hands.
