The achievement is granted by looting [item=244908] which awards the new toy [item=243304], available for players on Christmas Day the 25th of December.
The gift is found under the Christmas Tree in Orgrimmar for Horde and Ironforge for Alliance, and can be looted until January. So no stress about logging in on the 25th. :)
