To get this achievement, you must wear the two buff below at the same time:

[spell=136772]: potions are all around Za'Tual area. (2 min duration)
[spell=136749]: buff granted by killing any [npc=69200] patrolling Za'Tual. (5 min duration)

So either kill a God-Hulk then pick up a potion within the 5 min window or vice versa should work.

Fun fact: the amount of time you spend playing in 5.2 will still be less than the amount of time spent on Namek.
