No worry guys. I did the zone campaigns on different alts while leveling them (Didn't even do Suramar, just the 4 other zones spread on 3 chars).
Don't think this achievement have anything to do with the original Legion campaigns at all.Once I completed the 20 assignment/tasks quest Shape a New Legend from Eternus on my "main" character I got the achievement and Regalia.
So that is what they mean when the text says "Legion Remix campaign" - Its the Remix Eternus questline/campaign.

Once I finished both Embrace Your Own Legacy, and Surpass Your Own Legacy, I was then given Shape a New Legend.
Upon completion of Shape a New Legend I will then be rewarded with the Appearance: Sargerei Commander's Felscorned Regalia and completion of the achievement, To Fel and Back Again.
The Legion Remix Campaign are the Campaign Quests you get from Eternus in the Infinite Bazaar. Ending with the Quest "Shape a New Legend" which will reward you the set. https://www.wowhead.com/quest=91722/shape-a-new-legend
