Defeat two Kor'thik Reavers within 10 seconds of each other, and then defeat Grand Empress Shek'zeer in Heart of Fear on Normal or Heroic difficulty.

To earn this achievement you have to visit [zone=6297] raid instance, and find there last boss - Grand Empress Shek'zeer. First, stay chill and dont burst the boss down asap. You have to wait until her energy pool drops to zero. As it happened, she will run away and release two packs of mobs. There are two [npc=63591], one per pack. Cleave / aoe packs, killing both reavers within 10 seconds of each other. Slay the boss, when it comes back.

Completely cheese-able by anyone with pets.
Have your pet on Passive. Tell it to attack. Tell it to stop attacking.
She won't debuff your pet, ever, while your pet tanks. No one (you nor your pet) gets mind controlled and it's easy.
