This one giving me the most difficulty and the only one I gave up on to come back to later because I could not get those last couple of 1/10th seconds to get gold.

Finally managed to get gold

Surge at start, keep flying down as much as you can to the second ring, then surge, then when close to the hill skyward ascent twice and surge as your turn right to head back down

Use surge to gain height to go through the trees and surge again to loop back round

gain vigour on the downward section then after passing the lower target use skyward ascent to rise through the ring and loop back left past the building , use surge as soon as you can
gain vigour on the downward slope as you head into the final stretch
as you reach the lowest point you will then use skyward ascent twice and should then have 1 vigour to use surge as you bank left to the finish
This got me 45.812 seconds.

Certainly one of the harder ones to work out what would work.

Tried mostly surge, which got me to 46.6 seconds using skyward ascent only once on the last stretch, so this one definitely one to mix skyward ascent in.
