War Within Delves: Tier 1

Possible fix if “War Within Delves: Tier 1” does not unlock
I ran into an issue where Tier 2 delves would not unlock even after completing multiple Tier 1 delves.
My statistics clearly showed several Tier 1 delves completed, but the achievement “War Within Delves: Tier 1” never triggered.

What caused it in my case:
• I started The War Within using Lorewalker Cho’s Tome of History in Valdrakken
• On another character I also used Brann Bronzebeard’s campaign skip

This seems to break or desync the delve progression flags.

What fixed it for me:
• I leveled a new character to 70 (I had a level 52 rogue laying around from farming Insane in the Membrane)
• I abandoned the quest that was automatically given once hitting Level 70 The War Within Recap
• I did NOT use the Tome of History
• I played the The War Within campaign normally from the beginning uptil the point where i reached Dornogal, picking up Delve into the Earth

After completing Delve into the Earth and killing the delve boss tied to that delve (Earthcrawl Mines), the achievement “War Within Delves: Tier 1” immediately triggered and Tier 2 delves unlocked account-wide.

Conclusion:
If you used Lorewalker Cho’s Tome of History to access The War Within BEFORE doing it normally your delve progression is stuck, meaning try completing the campaign normally on another character instead of using the recap/skip system (at least until you reach that quest).

Hope this helps anyone else stuck with this issue, as it was driving me up the wall for quite a while going back and forth with the support team trying to find a solution.
