For using these to skillup and/or DE, I'd make Black Mageweave Headband.
Bolt of Mageweave cloth, or bolts of any cloth, tend to go for a higher price than the cloth itself. So if you are a tailor, i suggest you create any extra cloth into bolts if you plan on selling it. People are lazy, and they will pay any price if it saves them time. Just my friendly hint of advice.
