230 herbalism skill required to pick. used in elixir of greater agaility and giants as well as some other alchemy recipies.
I've found the best place to farm this is now Thousand Needles. The highground along the south edge is great if you just go back and forth along it you can find a fair bit. There's also plenty on the highground to the east of what was the shimmering flats.
