Current tooltip: “Permanently enchant a melee weapon to occasionally grant you critical strike. Only one instance of this effect can be active at a time. Cannot be applied to items higher than level.”
• Shadow Bolt Named in 1 of these notes (Warlock). Shadow, 2 sec cast. Taught through the Warlock skill line. Current tooltip: “Sends a shadowy bolt at the enemy, causing Shadow damage. Generates 1 Soul Shard.”
