  • Spell: Resilient KeystonesFailing to clear a level 12 or above Keystone dungeon within the timer will no longer reduce the level of your Keystones below your lowest full Keystone level of in-time completion across all dungeons this season.

The reward is only for the character that got it, you receive the quest after timing all the dungeons on +12
once you time all dungeons on a certain level your key won't drop from that level (for example if you do all dungeons on +15 your key won't drop below 15)
