If you get this quest, and you find that it completed right away and you have nothing to show for it, all this means is that you've opened up the ability to get the Blue-Covered Beanbag (toy) from the leatherworking trainer Lontupit. If you click to view his goods, you will see "if you bring him the materials he can make for you" the Blue-Covered Beanbag requires 10 Resilient Leather, 10 Pebbled Rock Salts, and 100 Dragon Isles Supplies.
