Description

Ah, <name>, there you are! Great Kyron was asking after you and your friend Anduin.

I think they want to talk to you about Faerin. Nothing urgent mind you, she probably just needs some good company. But we're all a bit worried about her.

Check in with Kyron when you have a moment, will you?

To those that can't access the questline, this is what worked for me:

1 - Level to 80
2 - Complete the 4 zone storyline (Isle of Dorn, Ringing Deeps, Hallowfall, Azj-Kahet)
3 - Start the War Within Campaign by making your way to Alleria in Azj-Kahet (56, 44) and accept the quest "Surface Bound"
4 - Make your way back to Dornogal and meet Moira Thaurissan (36, 80)
5 - Reach level 4 renown with all 4 Factions.

I might be forgetting something since I just unlocked this questline a few minutes ago, but this is what I did and I was able to get the Rest at Last questline going. /cheers

Good, you're both here. I have a favor to ask. Faerin's wandered off. I think it might help if you and your... disheveled friend here find her. She'll be in Light's Redoubt.
