TheWoWDBIt is worth noting that when you kill the Bruffalon, you can both loot them and harvest them with the quest item. When you loot them, you only get one people of meat. However you can then harvest them which gets you multiples.
TL;DR: You don't have to kill 20 of them, just make sure you click them twice.

Exactly what you needed after running around with bees for hours.

Description
K'aresh, eh? Sounds a bit like Netherstorm. I've been staying with the tuskarr for a while an' learning what I can from 'em. I was supposed to gather meat for the evening meal. If you can do that, I can start packing.
