A Complete Inventory

So I got a quest when doing the first part of the quest, for the auction house note, and I turned that in, but now I can't interract with any of the other notes and nothing came after that.

Update: I didn't receive any reply from GM as I thought. I've decided to delete 'Great places to visit in Valdrakken' from my backpack hoping I'll be able to do the quest again and I was right. The quest was available in the inn and when I went to Fangli Hoot to complete it, she also had 'A Complete Inventory' for me to complete! Happy days! I hope this helps! "

Note: For hoarders, don't worry, you will still get the note "Great Places To Visit in Valdrakken" back.

I picked up all the notes/bills/receipts and went to Dragon's Hoard. Was able to loot the "note to Kritha". Sadly, my questlog was capped out, so the quest wasn't accepted at all, and the note despawned. Unable to turn it in at the NPC since I didn't finish the quest. "A Note for Kritha" is still gone. Any advice?
