The Valdrakken Accord has asked me to seek out those who have shown they are making a name for themselves across the Isles, and those who seek to ensure our allies and their safety remain the highest priority.

I'm not sure if it's meant to be this way, but the Aiding the Accord: Suffusion Camp weekly can only be accepted by alts that are level 66 or higher. It seems that it is no longer the case where if you are too low for the weekly activity they give you a version of the quest where you only need to gain rep to complete the quest.
