Skull Warren is located at 71, 38.

The quest NPC can be found at the back of the cave (The Skull Warren entrance).
Keep left when entering and, of course, you need the disguise on. ;)

Ok, the tricky part to this quest is finding the cave, when looking on the map it does not show the entrance. On the northwest of the hill(Dreadmaul Rock) you will see a Rope and Wood Bridge, just the left of that bridge is trail that goes up and you will cross over a dirt like bridge with horns sticking out on both sides, which will lead you to the cave. Once your in the cave stay to the left the whole way down the bottom of the cave and you will find your guy.

Description

The warlocks of the Blackrock Clan often practice their magic in the Skull Warren, a cave on the eastern side of Dreadmaul Rock. Their leader, Xi'lun, is busy elsewhere, so the cave is currently being held by another of the big three: Dragon-Lord Neeralak. And Neeralak's expertise is in dragons, not in necromancy. I've used the slumber sand on those flamekin you captured. Try to convince Neeralak that they're warlock imps, and not flamekin. When they wake up, they won't be happy.
