Again, the item ([item=239130]) is in your bag - drag it to an action bar and torch the banners with it. Depending on any disruptive addons you might have, the icon will likely appear beside the quest in the Objectives list where you can click on it.

Strange, the discription text here isn't correct. In game it says:

I hope that this might demoralize some of these soldiers out of their misguided devotion to a failed cause.

Regardless, I am glad those banners are not flying any longer.

Description

The one thing worse than seeing this Dark Horde here is their banners. It showcases their pride in this accursed mountain as a place of greatness--as a place for their horde to rise. In reality, this banner is little more than a defiled perversion of the ancestral Blackrock sigil. Burn down every one you find.
