Fortunately, this one is really easy. Nothing special about this one. No puzzles to be solved or anything.
I just rooted around and killed the small mobs. Accepted the quest for the item and once I came near a puddle of water, a big worm spawned. Around 60% he moves to another puddle. Kill the worm, loot the key, and root near the bones. A chest will spawn. Loot it and you have completed the dig.

When you go to turn in A Glass of Bubbly to Mistie the quest turn-in ? mark will be covered up by the awning they are under.
Thanks for clarifying that. Basically, she's around 58.98, 56.56. Shes's to the right of the mailbox, in her own little "setting." When you see the Tailor, Rossmar, under the main tent, she's a little to the left of him. At her left, you'll see a small bowl, with incense or a brew steaming.
