TheWoWDBCinnam phases out when I entered the Cave but I was able to fly in and spam interact fast enough to complete it.
Edit: Was using Immersion addon which lets you spam space to complete quests so it may have helped although I think it's just a luck/timing thing depending on your lag with the server.
