Name of this quest is a reference to programming problem with the same name: given a set of items with different sizes and values, determine which items to take so that the total size is less or equal to specified limit and sum of their values is as big as possible.
Bound reagent bags do not work, so you can't use it to get some money back when upgrading your reagent bag.
