TheWoWDBI'm not sure exactly what you need to do to have this quest. My friend and I were questing together and he got the quest at honoured. He tried to share it with me since I was also honoured, but no such luck.

This quest along with "Once in a Hundred Lifetimes" and "Gambling Problem" in the Dread Wastes appear to be bugged and are able to be missed due to the fact there are ways to complete the follow ups to all three quests without doing these ones in the first place. Have currently completed all other quests in the zone and all achievements with these 3 quests being the things at all left in the zone left to do.
I am Exalted, and still haven't got this quest. I'm not sure what triggers it.

Description
Scouts have reported a non-mantid presence near Kor'vess. Their intrusion and their theft of amber would normally be dealt with swiftly, but our forces are needed elsewhere. This task seems suited to you, Wakener. You will convince them to leave this land, or you will destroy them in the name of the Klaxxi'va.
