A Not-So-Charmed Life

A Not-So-Charmed Life is an Alliance-only quest for level 7-30 in Ashenvale. It is step 33 of 50 in the Ashenvale, Alliance storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Ashenvale at 36.4, 49.8. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,100 experience and money.

Description

The furbolg covet that which does not belong to them.

<Hephaestus turns the charm over in his hand and then discards it.>

There's a property to the carving that slowly corrupts those that aren't trolls. As I understand it, the furbolg have done this sort of thing before. Some never learn.

No doubt they hoard most of the charms in Thistlefur Hold above their village to the north.

Before this quest

  • Worgen WisdomAshenvale · Level 7-30

The man standing right across from me is known as Hephaestus Pilgrim. He's one of the worgen. He and his sister came to Astranaar not long ago looking for a place to live. From what little I've been able to glean, he's interested in trying to help the Earthen Ring with the Cataclysm.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Go With The FlowAshenvale · Level 7-30

<The worgen stares at you intently before launching into his request.> The volcano threatens to engulf all of Ashenvale if we do not act quickly. Let me assure you, this was no natural eruption. My sister, Sabina, is powerful.
