Yeesh, I feel so sorry for her. She genuinely cares about all of these aspirants, and wants them to succeed and not be in pain... and then finds out abruptly that all this time, when she thought she was sending the troubled aspirants somewhere to get help, in reality they were being recruited into an army (as far as she can see). That would feel terrible. The pain, the guilt, the feeling of betrayal...
When you click on her to pick up A Once Sweet Sound and The Hand of Purification, she says the following (in her chat box):
All those vulnerable aspirants... all the ascended we sent to the Temple of Loyalty... is this what became of them? They must have been driven mad, to attack this temple! We are not their enemy! We were only...
<Eridia falls silent as she stares out over the temple. A single tear drips down her cheek.>:'(
