• Start the quest A Pirate Missive at Alyx, telling you to talk to Scowling Rosa in Booty Bay./way #210 42 69 /tar Scowling Rosa as she's walking around

• In the next quest Pirate Gastronomy Scowling Rosa tells us that she deciphered the note, but Cooktholomew appears to have different names for ingredients than their official names, so she give us the translated note with the amount of each written on it. You either have to buy them from the AH or gather them yourself using this reference.

• After you get the ingredients return to Bonenose at the Pirate Camp outside the Caverns of Time on Tanaris. He will tell you that they are still missing the secret ingredient and tells you a cryptic clue left behind by Cooktholomew./way #71 60.89 44.87 Pirate Camp

• Following that clue you will go to Hrothgar's Landing to the north of Northrend. From there you will follow the clue by standing on the feet of the tuskarr statue and find a lot of ice crystals. Opening the ice crystals will eventually give you the secret ingredient./way #170 55.49 10.63 Secret Ingredient at the tuskarr statue in Icecrown

• Return to Bonenose to finish the quest and get credit for Chapter 3./way #71 60.89 44.87 Bonenose

If the addon ATT warns you about missing this quest. Cancel the follow up of this quest, go back to Tanaris and visit [npc=226683] . She gives you this breadcrumb quest. Ofc you dont have to do it if you dont care. :) It probably was timegated in November, but now you directly can accept the follow up.
