TheWoWDBI could be wrong, but I believe that you have to a) get all 6 Ways of cooking up to 600 in order to complete To Be a Master, b) spend 50 ironpaw tokens to get a [item=86425], and finally, c) do daily quests for Nomi to build your friendship to exalted.

You have to Complete all 6 ways of cooking, Then'll you will get a quest To Be a Master. Where you have to buy the last food's of each Way of cooking at 600, and make each one for each Cooking to complete the quest. Here's a list-
Way of the Grill- Black pepper Ribs and shrimp.
Way of the Wok- Sea Mist Rice Noodles.
Way of the Pot- Mogu fish Stew.
Way of the Steamer- Steamed Crab Surprise.
Way of the Oven- Chun Tian Spring Rolls.
Way of the Brew- Mad Brewer's Breakfast.
I'm a little miffed that the BoA [item=86468] you receive is UNIQUE. Finally finishing this quest chain on my 2nd toon resulted in me having to log to my main and delete the [item=86468] I earned a few weeks earlier from this quest, just so I could complete the quest on my Alt. It keep saying "duplicate item found" and would not let me complete. Kinda silly that you cannot have 2 or 3 or 7 Aprons.
