On live, this is part of the quest is taking me to the wrong spot and incorrectly phasing mobs as of today.
It is repeatedly dropping me in Stormsong Valley with 120 level mobs when I am only 114.
Edit: The quest chain clearly points to Drustvar. The ship's captain only allows for a trip to Stormsong. Dropping the quest does not reset the whole quest chain.
Edit2: So this quest is NOT like the previous adventure. In this one you need to talk to Trade Prince Gallywix before the ship's captain. He has a couple of quests for you to do. He is on the same level of the boat as the mission table but he is inside. His quest question mark makes it look like you need to talk to the captain.
As of 8/17/18 - the map location was still incorrect - just go through the doorway to Garona's left or if you are facing her - to your right - he is standing in front of a motorcycle. Also after you accept the next Quest - Eitrigg is upstairs on the edge of the ship behind the map table that Nathanos Blightcaller is standing near - Eitrigg is the NPC that you also choose your research. Then up to Tattersail to get to Dustvar

Description
I understand you are to be establishing our foothold in Drustvar. You will be assisted on this mission by Trade Prince Gallywix. I know, a strange choice, but I am told that there is Azerite in Drustvar, and the Trade Prince was insistent.
