I was just doing old quests and the quest does not show up still without any coordinate add-ons.

Question: Why don't we just go to the moonwell that's like 50ft away from his house?
EDIT: READ BELOW!
This quest seems to be broken at the moment, either that or I am missing something crucial... The item is gone (thought the quest doesn't call for it to complete) and Pelturas Whitemoon doesn't complete the quest. Submitted as a bug but I'm not sure if it's just me being stupid or it's being purposely cryptic...I have discovered that right now many quest addons that change the default quest tracking UI element do not play well with the new remote quest turn-in feature that pops up for some quests. As of right now you will have to disable your quest addon (or fix it yourself) to get quests like this one to work properly! Again: This is NOT a bug with the quest, but with an addon!

What to do
Description
It didn't work. <A sorrowful and resigned expression upon his face, Pelturas removes the tear from the soup and gently washes it.> The eruption of Thunder Peak must have affected it in some way. You must take the tear to the Moonwell of Purity, which still lies intact, protected by the goddess' power, at the southeast base of the volcano. There, you will wash it in the sacred waters of Elune. What happens beyond that, I cannot say. I fear for my daughter's life. It is in your hands now, {name}.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Elune's Tear
I'd hoped Orendil's cure would save Relara, but I fear it only slowed the disease running through her. We must find more powerful medicine! Thankfully, Orendil spoke to me of further remedies should his first one fail.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- He Who Would Be Forgiven
The voice of the goddess spoke to you at the moonwell, <name>. The cure for Relara lies to the east at Raynewood Tower. The one who has fallen into corruption. Avrus Illwhisper seeks forgiveness and redemption. It is up to you to assist him and in so doing, hopefully help my child as well.
