Has anyone picked up this follower? The war campaign in my quest log says accept the quest "Champion: Lilian Voss" but I can't find it anywhere.
In case it isn't clear (wasn't to me), you need both the rep level AND to have progressed the war campaign to this point. About 40 quests in 4 zones after hitting 120 before you can start the ones here.
