Some of them show as alliance only, but it is not the case, because i was able to take them as a horde. And i got quest id from addon so there is nothing wrong here.
If you're attempting this on a new character post-BFA: To continue past Uniting Zandalar and begin Breaking Kul Tiran Will, you must have [item=158075].
