Administering the Salve is a Horde-only quest for level 10-30 in Hellfire Peninsula. It rewards 4 reward items, 1 reputation reward, 4,100 experience and money.
I've prepared a simple salve that should restore our grunts' strength with the herbs you brought me. Take it and administer it to any debilitated grunts you see in the vicinity. Return to me when you're done.

The Debilitated Grunts are the ones who are not wearign the spiked shoulders. They are very easy to spot.
