You can buy the "Adamantite Frame" from two vendors in the Netherstorm (limited supply).
Price is ~4G, way cheaper than AH.
The Demon Warding Totem costs 30g from Fantei, so if you're 70 and doing this quest FOR gold.. it's a bit ironic, so you might want to skip it unless you like the rewards (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10679)
Although the rewards are very situational and in most cases useless, they might be 'vital' for fighting Illidan and other raid boss demons.

What to do
Description
The ingots that you brought contain most of the metal I'll need to forge the sword's blade, but I'll need a variety of things to create other parts of the weapon. Let's see, among the things I don't have here are an adamantite frame, some heavy knothide leather, and a demon warding totem. Skilled crafters should be able to produce the first two, but the third is only sold by the reagent vendor in Shattrath's Lower City, Fantei. You'll find him with the other tradesmen.
