West of Falcon Watch is the next zone, Zangarmarsh, and right when you enter the zone there is a camp called Cenarion Refuge.

In the inn is the Inn Keeper who sells the Cenarian beverage, buy one, and head back to Falcon Watch.

Give it to Viera Sunwhisper and she will tell you to follow her. When she stops and starts drinking it, use the scroll on her and a suprise will happen.

I screwed up on this quest today and had to fly back to Zangarmarsh twice so I wanted to provide some updated steps:


  2. Fly to Firefly Tavern at Cenarion Refuge in Zangarmarsh - /way Zangarmarsh 78.67 63.27 Firefly Tavern

  4. Speak to [npc=18907] and buy one bottle of [item=29112] - /way Zangarmarsh 78.50 62.95 Innkeeper Coryth Stoktron

  6. Head back to [npc=17226] and turn in the bottle of [item=29112] as a quest item for Life's Finer Pleasures - in Patch 10.0 they introduced a mechanic that turns your cursor into a quest item, in this case [item=23693]. If you double/triple-click on Viera, you should get the quest dialogue box to pull up. /way Hellfire Peninsula 27.15 62.11 Viera Sunwhisper

  8. You'll follow her outside of Falcon Watch and use the scroll on her

  10. Turn the quest back into [npc=16793] - /way Hellfire Peninsula 26.38 60.35 Magistrix Carinda

Description

With all the important matters at hand Arelion still found time in his schedule to see a mistress! It's all becoming perfectly clear. Viera Sunwhisper, that filthy wench... we'll show her to never cross a magistrix again. Take this scroll and find Viera. Find a way to lure her away from town and use the scroll on her. Arelion mentioned she couldn't resist a particular wine harvested by the cenarion druids. You might find some at Cenarion Refuge, just inside Zangarmarsh, west of here.
