Quest appears bugged today (11/1/22) on NA servers. Likely a bug from Dragonflight Pre-Patch. Please place bug report tickets.
You will enter at 51.29, 59.71 and it is down the path from the road close to the WQ icon. Once there you will pick up the crook which looks like a staff in a bubble. From there you will kill mobs and then click the staff absorbing their energy. Once you have it fully charged make your way to 49.57, 59.9, and for those without coordinates it'll be where you picked up the crook you'll head down into the area and turn left where you'll see a pillar. Once you are in the spot you'll see a small blue circle on the ground where you will stand in it and activate the button to empty the crook and complete the WQ.
