TheWoWDBKeep hitting him and throwing the ball. When he gets to 50% health, he'll drop [item=183045]. Don't stick around unless you want to fight him again, he has a very short re-spawn timer. (I say re-spawn, we don't kill him, he just goes friendly, but then quickly turns hostile again.)
